Placing An Order
When you submit an enquiry via this site SNG Barratt will calculate the weight and shipping costs based on your indicated preferences, once this is complete we will send you an e mail indicating that your order is now ready to be confirmed and paid for. Once you receive this e mail just log back on to sngbarratt.com and follow the instructions online to complete your order - it couldn't be simpler.

Your ability to provide us with part numbers using the catalogue will allow for swifter processing of your order. If the catalogue does not list the part that you require, or you require technical assistance, please call our sales hotline.
Our staff are some of the most knowledgeable in the industry, drawing on over 100 years of combined Jaguar experience.

Payment
All orders are charged in UK pounds sterling and payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa, Amex, bank transfer or debit card drawn on a UK bank. We recommend that payments in cash are only made if you are collecting your order in person from our sales counter.

Shipping UK
On the UK mainland this is normally a next working day service, Monday to Friday. This means that if you order spares on a Friday you will receive them on Monday. The hours of delivery are from 9 am to 5.30 pm, however premium services are available upon request if you need your order for example, before noon. A standard charge is made for all orders up to 20 kg, a small charge per kilo is added thereafter. All parcels have to be signed for upon delivery. If you are out the carrier will leave a card for you to contact their depot to arrange a suitable delivery time - or parcels can be sent to your office or place of work if this is more convenient. Please note certain restrictions regarding credit card payment may apply. At the time of writing our standard charge is £11.50 + VAT. We can also despatch small orders via first class post, our minimum charge for this is £4.20 + VAT. Orders collected by your own carrier may be subject to a packaging charge.

Shipping Overseas
Spares can be shipped absolutely anywhere in the world. We use a range of carriers that will deliver spares to your door, customs cleared and will collect any import tax or duty incurred in their transportation. Any charge of this nature are beyond the control of SNG Barratt and must be paid in order to take delivery of your package. In our experience we have found United Parcel Service to be the most reliable means of shipping. Due to the high volume of parcels traffic that UPS enjoy from our company, we have negotiated a most favourable shipping tariff which we pass on to our customers. If time is not an issue we can offer slower, cheaper means of carriage with other shipping agents.

Discrepancies
Please check your goods thoroughly as any transit damage or shortages must be reported to SNG Barratt within 24 hours of receipt of your goods. No claims will be considered after this period. It is your responsibility to check that you have the quantity you ordered and that nothing is damaged.
Old Unit Cores
Some spares are supplied on an exchange basis. This means that we levy a surcharge on your old unit until it is returned. These must be assembled, complete, un-modified and suitable for us to recondition and sell to another customer. All old unit cores are marked with your customer number upon return and we may deny your surcharge refund if our reconditioner considers them to be unsuitable for repair. Please ensure that you fully complete our customer returns form that is supplied with your invoice.

Returns
If you order or we supply incorrectly, or the part you receive is defective, please return it to us and be sure to fully complete the customer returns form that is supplied with your invoice. If we do not know who the spares are from, or the invoice that you paid for them on, it is impossible to refund your money or provide a replacement. No goods will be considered for credit that have been retained longer than six months. Absolutely no exceptions.

Pricing
All prices on this website are accurate at the time of press. Our knowledge of the Jaguar market is the foundation on which our company is built and we endeavour to be competitive at all times. If you find it possible to buy a part priced cheaper elsewhere, please tell us, and we will strive to match it or beat it, if it is of a similar quality to our own. However, being a large company with over a thousand suppliers, our prices are subject to change without prior notice.
